What You'll Do

The CSG Operations team is looking for a qualified individual to be responsible for managing oversight and evolution of CSG's engineering partners both onshore and offshore. This position engages with CSG leadership to translate business strategy to partner management strategy.

Who You Are

* Understand and document Partner onboarding processes, policies, & compliance requirements
* Document Partner Assessment and Selection Criteria
* Responsible for Cisco Managers' training on partner selection, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
* Responsible for Partner training on performance metrics, and other Cisco driven productivity, quality, compliance guidelines
* Develop a detailed understanding and working relationship of the partner's capabilities in support of CSG needs. Maintain list of CSG partners.
* Design and Develop user friendly web-front in Jive to inform and guide Cisco Managers on partner end to end processes
* Improve / enhance bi-annual CSG partner satisfaction surveys and publish the results of the Surveys
* Drive enhancements / improvement to Cisco's partner onboarding processes and tools as required.
* Maintain Supplier Scorecard
* Development of vendor SLAs to drive overall partner performance.
* Prepare for Quarterly Business / Relationship Reviews between CSG Executives and strategic partners.
* Support escalation process in the event partner services are not meeting expected outcomes
* Support audit of vendor processes and quality. Analyze, document and identify corrective actions based on audit results.
* Support Corporate Cisco partner management initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering
* Experience: Eight (6) years of related work experience
* Partner relationship oversight experience including:
o Performance metrics and reporting tools
o Working knowledge of RFx, MSA, SLAs, and SOWs
o Working in a multiple vendor environment including offshore partners.
* Experience in creating Jive and Box based visualization repository (HTML, Javascript) and Dashboards
* Strong negotiation skills
* Familiarity with Software development deliverables and metrics.
* Exceptional project management skills and the ability to organize, plan, execute largescale projects
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
