What You'll Do
The Contract Support Office Deputy is responsible for the execution of two key areas related to a Department of Defense contract to supply Cisco's SMARTnet services.  The individual will oversee SMARTnet Entitlement to ensure Cisco's production systems reflect current state of the customer's installed base of Cisco products and the development, maintenance, enhancement, and reporting of customer inventory information in the Inventory Collection and Reporting System.

Who You Are
You should have 5 - 10 year of exposure working with the Federal Government managing services and data in FOUO, Secret or Top Secret environments.  You are familiar with SMARTnet or product support services (break/fix); Services Sales and channel partner sales.  You should have topical knowledge of Advanced / Professional Services.  It is helpful if you have experience with Cisco's Service Contract Center and the Cisco corporate contract management and entitlement systems and processes.  Your knowledge of data bases and information management will especially useful in the ongoing development of the Inventory Collection and Reporting Systems (ICRS).  You will be working with developers to ensure customer requirements are appropriately prioritized.  You will also coordinate change management efforts when new releases of ICRS are implemented.  
You will also work with the CPS team on continuous improvement in identifying and attributing inventory data from Cisco's production systems and associating it to the appropriate DOD Agency.
Your skills and abilities should include 5 - 10 years of data management experience, excellent and demonstrable communications, skill with MS Office products and maintain a DOD Secret clearance."
