What You'll Do
In this key executive role, you will lead the development of Advanced Services consulting offerings and supports the development of holistic vertical solutions that include consulting service components.  You will develop trusted advisor relationships with senior and C-Level IT, and business, clients.
You will also train and develop consulting service and client delivery staff including providing direction and support on client deliverables, providing quality assurance, and coaching and mentoring on communication and client interaction.  In this role you must be willing to travels 60% - 80% of the time to support client engagements and client business development activities.

Who You'll Work With
Supporting Advanced Services business development including presenting at client meetings and Executive Briefing Center's, training field sales staff, conducting client workshops, participating in integrated account planning sessions, and partnering with Cisco industry teams.

Who You Are
You are an Executive Business Development Leader with Service Provider vertical industry experience -- preferably 15-25 years. You have experience in a global vertical industry role developing strategic opportunities in a theater; contributing to the global vertical practice and interacting with similar colleagues in other theaters around the globe and have contributed to a building the overall Financial Services vertical knowledge of the global consulting team through engagement participation and knowledge sharing training.  You have superior knowledge envisioning and delivering solutions for Web and Cloud infrastructure vertical.
  
Additional Skills Required:
* Knowledge of current industry issues and experience with developing solutions that drive business impact and include technology enablement.
* Complex industry and competitor understanding.
* Consultative approach.
* Experience deploying consulting methodology and project management.
* Understanding of the vertical's business processes.
* Ability to lead engagements in conjunction with "partner level" consultants.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and senior partners concurrently.
* Solid diplomacy skills and the ability to interact with Customer Senior Executive Management
  
 Our Minimum Requirements Are:
* Requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 15-25 years related experience. MBA preferred. Prior consulting or solutions experience.
* Internet application experience or strong understanding of marketplace.
* Expertise in Financial Services vertical (15-25 years, preferably)
* Partner level experience with top consulting firm or senior executive practitioner experience i.e. CIO, head of HR, Finance
* Has relationships and contacts with Cisco's top target customers and is regarded as an expert/guru in their vertical industry expertise
