What You'll Do  As the Director - World Wide Channel Financing you will have the following responsibilities:  * Responsible for setting and effectively implementing the Channels Financing(CF) global strategy. * Lead and develop the global CF team (a group of diverse, senior, self-motivated professionals) by setting challenging team goals and objectives. * Collaborate and influence cross functional groups within Cisco, including but not limited to channels, sales, credit, operations, collections, finance and legal to optimize the program. * Drive operational excellence by selecting, engaging, collaborating and leading the management of global third party banks, setting Cisco's Channel Financing and partner strategy for them to follow.  * Build strategic CXO/Executive level relationships within Cisco and key channel partners. * Negotiate the annual global contra budget and assist in shaping the global/regional governance framework by collaborating with the GPO to ensure that the large contra CF investment is optimized.  * Solve finance challenges by having, a good understanding of unsecured and secured lending, currency and FX strategies, local and global bank financing structures and requirements, as well being able to analyze financial statements and make recommendations on structures and risk mitigation strategies.  * Use excellent communication and influencing skills to increase awareness of the program and the decision making of the executives through meetings, training and collaborative technologies. * Lead contract negotiations of existing and new bank partner contracts and structures, including operations, IT, legal and pricing. * Collaborate with Cisco's internal audit team to ensure policies and procedures are built and complied with. * Manage and continually rebalance $11B portfolio generating $29B Revenue/Volume * Team engagement * Cisco Executive engagement at SVP and VP level  Who You'll Work With Cisco Capital is a subsidiary of Cisco Systems Inc. Enable growth for Cisco and their Channel Partners, while positively impacting Cisco's Balance Sheet metrics such as DSO, ROIC, AR balance, ROE, and Balance Sheet.
