<b>What You'll Do</b>
• Primary SPOC  for Deployment Project with complete accountability of the quality of the deployment
• Track and progress sub-deliverables (e.g. Pre-Deployment checklist with account teams and third party resources
• Plans and directs activity definition and sequencing, project schedules/ milestones, deliverables, quality requirements and plans
• Monitors and communicates progress of engagements to all stakeholders as required (Internal and external).
• Maintain deployment delivery schedule and manage customer expectations
• Raise escalations and involve account teams and leadership if customer expectations are misaligned
• Update tracking tools daily (GEM or other) and provide progress reports for operational and program teams
• Engages necessary Cisco and Customer/Partner resource as required
• Ensure all critical project documentation filed on relevant project folder in Central repository
• Support Account teams /customer with familiarization of IR portal and its reporting functionality

The Smart Service Delivery Team is a virtual team located in different Cities of the US and Latin America.  The Smart Delivery Team is responsible for Onboarding  Customers and Partners on the Smart Net Total Care Service.  You will be engaging with our partner communities as well as internal stakeholder groups across TS Americas
