What You'll Do

Cisco is looking for an inspired, collaborative leader to live our principles of being trustworthy, transparent and accountable by running a cross company initiative focused on coordination policies and procedures around lawful intercept.  This includes coordinating design, development practices around lawful intercept requirements and coordination and governance and enforcement of policies related to lawful intercept.

The Trust Strategy Office (TSO) within S&TO is focused on enabling Cisco's business velocity by embedding security into the future of everything we do as a company. Ensuring pervasive security across our business - protecting Cisco, our customers, data and privacy is mission critical.  In this role, in addition to your most excellent S&TO colleagues, you will work with the world class Cisco legal and engineering representatives will be your new best friends as you work across the company to coordinate activities.

Who You Are

You have demonstrated work experience as a leader of complex, multidiscipline projects across large organizations.  You must be able facilitate the creation of strategy and ensure the phased execution of that strategy across a broad range of stakeholders.  Working through influence is key, as well as the ability to clearly communicate in written an verbal forms. 

Our minimum requirements for this role: 

• 5+ years of program/project management, strategy and planning, operating model development and implementation.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration

• Ideally experience with Lawful Intercept in some form (legal, engineering implementation, etc).

• Ability to manage your own time and deliverables while being open to feedback

• Ability to present to both large and small groups.
