What You'll Do
Cisco's Professional Services Field Enablement team is looking for a Field Enablement Leader to help grow the Professional Services Business. This role is key for identifying opportunities grow the business through partnership for custom enablement for the field sales and delivery teams.Responsibilities include:
  • Defining and designing enablement plans for Security Services
  • Work with Geo Leads and Instructional Designer to act as SME for content and ensure designed plan and assets are executed.
  • Assist with enablement qualification for new requests
  • Represent Technology with cross-functional teams
  • Work with product management, to ensure AS insertion for new offers.
  • Work with Services Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure AS insertion for new campaigns/launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (sales, product management, operations, marketing) to collect enablement feedback.
  • Continuously improve enablement plan based on feedback and new offers.
Who You'll Work With
The Field Enablement team is an agile team dedicated to providing practical enablement in order to grow Professional Services mindshare in our Field Sales and Delivery teams. We have the opportunity for visibility and interaction with senior management, cross-team collaboration, engage and drive Services-Defining enablement for our internal and external teams.
Our Enablement team members have a breadth of knowledge of Cisco’s services portfolio and the value it provides to our external and internal stakeholders. Team members are expected to leverage this knowledge to develop enablement solutions for a variety of audiences.
 
Who You Are
You have an understanding of the Professional Services business as well as industry expertise. You are a strong problem solver with excellent stakeholder mapping and management skills. Collaborating across global teams, you have program management experience of complex, global initiatives. You have experience with risk and issue management, escalation and resolution. You have developed organizational adoption and communication plans and have executed against those plans. You have the ability to provide constructive coaching / feedback to all levels within the team as needed
 

Our minimum qualifications are as follows:
  • 10+years’ experience in technology sales, production management or business development
  • BA/BS required

  • Knowledge of the Professional Services business

  • Self-starter, Independent, pro-active, multi task, program management mind set who is able to resolve conflicts

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in communicating and positioning Cisco’s Security Services business and operational value and capabilities to Client Executive audience.
