What You'll Do

You will join Cisco Capital as a Customer Contract Manager for our Research Triangle Park Operations Center. This position involves an emphasis on sales and customer interaction in a fast-paced environment of continuous change. You will also:

  • Prepare all required standard and approved non-standard documents 
    • Create deals in the lease/loan financing system; input, update, and maintain information accuracy and integrity 
  • Perform legal document due diligence including negotiation. 
    • Ensure all approvals are collected (e.g. credit, pricing etc) 
    • Ensure document completeness and accuracy (e.g. Master documents, transaction documents, collateral documents etc) 
  • Ensure that all documents are prepared, sent, returned from and to customer in a timely manner
  • Check that all documents are signed and counter signed by appropriate parties in a timely manner 
  • Ensure all executed documents are stored in legal document management system 
  • Liaise with Sales, business partner and customers to resolve issues related to document preparation 
  • Coordinate compliance request and provide support during internal review or external audit 
  • Key point of contact for Cisco Value Added Resellers (VAR)
  • Support Partner Mgr and Client Services Mgr to resolve customer related issues 
  • Participate/lead special projects, training, or development of processes & procedures as needed 
  • Coordinate VAR invoicing and funding details.

 

Who You'll Work With

You will be the point of contact for legal financing agreement preparation. You will Liaise with CSC cross functional teams (e.g. Sales, credit, pricing, legal), business partners and customers for deals details

You are highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, adept at managing expectations, and able to set and adjust priorities as needed while working with sales and other internal organizations as well as customers.

 

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • BS degree and 4 years of related experience or CPA/MBA and 2 years of related experience or 6 years of relevant experience. 
  • Leasing operations knowledge and experience, or relevant experience in commercial lending environment 
  • Able to present, organize, and convey complex problems or issues within and across other functions and with client groups; partners with client groups in a team setting to provide business solutions 
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills 
  • Customer service and relationship management skills 
  • Understands Cisco's business objectives and its impact on client group's processes and deliverables 
  • Helps informally structure teams and tasks; may provide technical guidance across other functions and to client groups 
  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques of obtaining solutions: making decisions using broad guidelines 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities 
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite of tools
