What You'll Do
In this senior leadership role, you will lead a team in the execution of a strategy and project plan intent on accelerating revenue growth, gaining market share and competitive differentiation for Cisco. Using IT automation capabilities, you will implement highly complex programs and initiatives and drive cross functional alignment and efficiencies throughout the organization.

Our Minimum Requirements are the following:
  • You will have 10+ years of experience in leading strategy, operations and finance
  • Planning & portfolio management with growing scope
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations
  • Record of high performance and success
  • A demonstrated track record of taking on complex business problems and building viable solutions
  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills
  • Strong management & judgment skills including organizational, self- motivation and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated positive influence skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Bachelors in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • MBA preferred
