What You’ll do

This is a highly visible FP&A role in Sales & Service Finance (SSF). In this role, you will support an SVP and his ELT consisting of 3 VP's and multiple Senior Directors in the Sales Strategy & Operations organization.

 

Your responsibilities involve budget management, the monthly close process, and on-going reporting/forecasting. We are also responsible for maintaining the organization's management structure, approval & compliance management for PO’s, the quarterly recommit process and ad-hoc financial analysis/reporting. You will manage OPEX and support processes for DT (previously CTP) Investments and lead process improvements to make financial close activity effective and efficient

 

Who You’ll work with

You will be part of SSF FP&A finance with the main focus of supporting the Sales Strategy & Operations organization under Chris Dedicoat.   Sales Strategy & Operations is focused on helping the Sales organization achieve their goals, whether they be enhancing the tools sales has to work with, training the sales force, or running the Executive business centers around the world.

 

Who You are

You are a team player with strong communication skills and a broad financial background. You will lead relevant analytics that enhance planning and decision-making by Finance and Sales leaders.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 8+ years of Corporate Finance experience 
  • Demonstrated understanding of professional services business models and financials
  • Ability to lead/manage/grow team members
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence appropriately
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with the following systems - Hyperion, Oracle, Business Objects, or other BI tools
