Our top global enterprise customers are generating about $3B of revenue, from which close to 50% are outside of the HQ countries. These customers expect from Cisco to be treated in a truly global manner. Also the Cisco account teams are aiming for an improved and better coordinated global coverage for those accounts. To fulfill this external and internal demand, and fuel double-digit growth on our global enterprise business, we are looking to identify talented sales professionals who want to join us in our efforts to create tomorrow's Cisco for our Top Global Enterprise accounts.

Who You’ll Work With

The Team

The Geo teams are closely collaborating with WW Sales Strategy & Planning to develop a holistic Global Coverage model for our Top Global Enterprise accounts.

What You’ll Do

Role & Responsibilities

● Manage remote bookings for multiple accounts with overlay goal

● Responsible for account review for top accounts

● Partner with HQ GAM on Global IAP strategy and execution

● Align extended country sales team (e.g., monthly or quarterly cadence & communication)

● Drive multi-country opportunities & alignment with country sales teams, including IBLM (Installed Base Lifecycle Management)

● Support customer enablement, partner management & order management activities with GAM/ country teams

● Manage escalations as required

● Involved across the sales process on particular deals, especially multi-country deals

● will build awareness and drive a proactive engagement model with both HQ GAMs and relevant members of the country teams in their geo

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

● Account Management experience (ideally in Enterprise and/or Commercial)

● Language skills (excellent English is a must, plus 1-2 languages as per region)

● Proven track-record of successfully driving large multi-national opportunities

● Proven track record in strategic partner and service provider engagements

● Basic knowledge about IBLM sales campaigns

● Good understanding of Cisco architectures, solutions, and attached service offerings

• Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade
