The Finance Transformation Office supports key projects and programs, and the development of critical capabilities to support Cisco's corporate strategy. Together we will ensure that Finance is a key value-add partner in achieving Cisco's strategy, to deliver intelligent networks that solve our customers' biggest challenges.

The Team

Are you detailed, creative, and experienced in effective methods of helping people navigate the change inherent in transformational programs? With the Change Management Team within the Finance Transformation Office, you will create and implement effective change management plans that allow us to effectively move toward our vision of Finance of the future.
  
Role & Responsibilities
In this highly visible role as a Change Manager within the Finance Transformation Office, you will:

Develop and recommend change strategies to support transformation program success, including developing key success metrics

Conduct detailed impact assessments for transformational programs

Craft and implement successful change plans aligned to the overall strategy

Ensure the effective engagement of key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and drive key VOC elements back to the program team

Drive development of appropriate communications and training material

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to formulate Change Strategies aligned to overall program objectives

A solid understanding of Finance organizations and processes

Strong project management skills specific to the planning and implementation of change management deliverables

Experience and knowledge of business process management and change management principles, methodologies and tools

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships & collaborate effectively

Superior written and presentation skills

Desired Skills

Familiarity with ROI & NPV calculation methodologies

Change management or BPM certification or designation desired

Vendor or Operations management metrics development a plus
