WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'd be part of the Unified Computing System (UCS) Finance team, where you would be supporting a $3B+ Business unit.

  • You would be supporting Compute OPEX modeling and forecast process.
  • You'd be helping out with managing accruals, PR approvals and monthly/Quarterly consolidation of forecast files.
  • You will ensure the Demantra /Hyperion tie out happens on schedule, on a monthly basis.
  • You're supporting Monthly/Quarterly business review package for Computing System Product Group (CSPG) Business review.
  • You are helping with the HMP upload, SW PID mapping and any ad hoc analysis requested by the team.


WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work with the UCS business driving innovation in the server space. The Business Technology and Operations Finance team (BTOF) has an opportunity for a Finance analyst supporting the CSPG business. You will be an essential member of the UCS finance team supporting their PID mapping and approval process.


The BTOF organization partners with leaders in Engineering and Operational Functions to build strong shareholder value through strategic long-range planning, new business development, forecasting, and budgeting. Exciting changes are happening within the Cisco Finance organization as we shift to become even more passionate about our business partners and drive major groundbreaking initiatives in the way we operate. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the leaders responsible for these changes. It is an excellent opportunity to have firsthand knowledge of the priorities of the Finance organization.

You are passionate about making a difference and have a "rolling up sleeves" attitude, especially when facing a not so well-defined process or clear data. 


OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • You have a Bachelors' Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering with 3+ years related work experience within Finance.
  • You understand and bring strong business insight coupled with financial prudence to the role.
