WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will lead the IoT Jasper Finance team in auditing, reviewing and understanding the Billing and Revenue of our Operator Partner.

OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You will be responsible for step by step processing of Managed Services for Premier Operators.
  • You will monitor and process manual adjustments on a timely basis.
  • You’ll audit Monthly Invoices for daily and monthly bill cycles and monitor and assist with processing daily bill cycles.
  • You will liaise with Engineering, the On-Boarding Team and Product Teams to ensure Invoice accuracy and to calculate any credits and adjustments.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You’d be in charge of Customer Support Cases relating to Elite Operators, while being the liaison with AT&T Billing Operations Team/Jasper Support/Jasper Engineering to research/respond to billing inquiries.
  • You will research Customer/Operator questions and respond in a timely manner
  • You’ll work with Engineering Group to research and respond to any system related Support Cases

You will primarily work with our Revenue Team and will also interact with our Engineers and Operator Partners.

The BTOF organization partners with leaders in Engineering and Operational Functions to build strong shareholder value through strategic long-range planning, new business development, forecasting and budgeting. Exciting changes are happening within the Cisco Finance organization as we shift to become even more passionate about our business partners and drive major groundbreaking initiatives in the way we operate. This role provides an opportunity to work very close with the leaders responsible for these changes. It is an excellent opportunity to have firsthand knowledge of the priorities of the Finance organization.



WHO YOU ARE
You understand that attention to detail is paramount, have experience being methodical in thinking, have strong organizational skills, along with being System Oriented. You are professional and outgoing and recognize that Finance is a service organization.

Our minimum requirements for this role, are:
  • You have 4+ years experience in a Finance oriented role and 4 year College degree, preferred 
  • You bring extensive computer systems experience including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • You'll have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are passionate about your commitment to the profession, the company and its products.
  • You are highly motivated by results and a teammate, who leads by example, holds yourself accountable for performance, takes complete ownership, and champions all aspects of initiatives.
  • You are flexible and adaptable and should be able to switch gears in various high-stress situations and apply yourself to quickly learning new technologies and embracing new methodologies.
