What You'll Do

You will become trusted advisor with key customers and internal partners. You will provide excellent leadership leading to extraordinary performing teams and customer innovation and engage in excellent collaboration across all internal partners. You will be directly supporting the Services Delivery Executive to develop and execute a compelling business plan leading to break through business growth and delivery excellence.

Who You'll Work With

You will work with key Northern California Named customer executives, Solutions Integration Architect, Project/Program Managers, Cisco product sales, services sales, service delivery field teams, IDTs and business units.

Who You Are

You are a highly motivated, experienced, technology delivery leader with the following:

  • 7 years or more in professional services delivery or equivalent, including financial and project management.
  • BS degree or higher with 5 or more years in a leadership / management role.
  • 5 years or more in an external customer facing Sales and/or services delivery role.
  • Successful track record in outstanding growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Successful record in the delivery of communications and information systems including network, security and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct customer facing engagements positioning the value realized in Professional Services adoption and utilization.
  • Proven and effective leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with others through conflicting pressures and priorities while resolving complex issues.
