You will be a Financial Analyst within the Global Partner Finance (GPF) organization and will assist with the risk and compliance efforts. You'll be empowered to make a difference, establish a reputation, and position yourself for continued growth. You will support the risk and compliance efforts by helping to conduct testing of internal controls, evaluating systems and processes for potential improvement and help minimize risk in our day to day operations through performing assessments, provide training and assist with mitigation efforts with SOX controls and internal audit findings.


  • Responsible for SOX Compliance for key financial controls
  • Lead compliance contact for Channels organization
  • Conduct quarterly self-monitoring of channel programs to ensure full compliance with guidelines and accounting rules
  • Assist with the end to end process review to ensure controls are designed within guidelines, such that they adequately and effectively mitigate risk
  • Lead quarterly compliance training for WW Channels team
  • Perform payment validations for several contra programs


You’ll report into Global Partner Finance Management and work in partnership with the Channel Program Finance team as needed. You will also operate as a Strategic Partner with key stakeholders including SOX, Internal Audit, and GPF leadership teams.

The Global Partner Finance organization collaborates with leaders in the Global Partner Sales organization to craft sustainable shareholder value through strategic long-range planning, new business development, forecasting and budgeting of our Partner programs.


You possess excellent leadership, collaboration and communications skills. You bring experience and understanding of compliance risk as well as SoX control documentation design and execution


  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years' of experience.
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills and work with cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong accounting and analytical skills with proven ability to apply the knowledge.
