What You'll Do

In this critical Enablement role, you will help grow Advanced Services with our sellers and partners. You will find opportunities to grow the business through partnership for custom enablement for the field sales, delivery teams and partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will interlock with key stakeholders and business partners to provide relevant enablement activities and content.
  • Working with Geo Leads, you will develop and design Global enablement plans. Act as SME for content and ensure designed plan is executed.
  • Deliver training to Sales teams and Partners
  • Work with Product Management to ensure Advanced Services insertion for new offers
  • Teaming across priorities: 20% - Generalist (100 level) and 80% - Specialist (200/300 level)

Who You'll Work With

The Field Enablement team is an agile team dedicated to providing practical enablement to grow Advanced Services focus with our Field Sales, Delivery teams and Partners. We have the opportunity for visibility and interaction with senior management, cross-team collaboration, and engage and drive Services-Defining enablement for our internal and external teams. Our team members have a breadth of knowledge of Cisco’s services portfolio and the value it provides to our external and internal stakeholders. Team members are expected to use this knowledge to develop enablement solutions for a variety of audiences.

Who You Are

You are an independent and dedicated self-starter. You are a multi-tasker with a program management mind set who is able to resolve conflicts. You understand the Services business, internal processes across Services, as well as industry/market trends.

Our minimum requirements are the following:

  • 10+years’ experience in sales, enablement or business development
  • BA/BS required
  • Knowledge of the Services/Advanced Services business
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in communicating and positioning Cisco’s Optimization Services business and operational value and capabilities to Client Executive audience.
