What You'll Do

As the Service Delivery Executive (SDE) supporting a major Southern California Power Utility, you will be responsible for delivery excellence of the full Cisco Services portfolio, including the overall customer relationship and experience, cross-functional delivery integration, end-to-end delivery quality, and ensuring business outcomes are realized. You will ensure the client realizes their business goals by integrating their industry design, operations, statutory, and regulatory expertise in a Public Utility Commission environment with their expertise on Cisco's product, services, and partner capabilities in Field Area Networking and Power Distribution Automation.

Who You'll Work With

Close collaboration with Client Sales Leadership is required to ensure all service lines and product deliver business outcomes to our clients. You will work with all the service line delivery teams (Advisory, Implementation, Technical Support, Management, Optimization, and Training) in both the IT and OT environments. Leadership and coordination of our partner activities will be critical for success

Who You Are

You have experience ensuring delivery excellence for the full Services portfolio, including the overall customer relationship and experience, cross-functional delivery and delivery quality, and business outcomes. You have proven experience collaborating with sales and delivery teams in aligning to customer strategy to drive growth is critical.

  • You have a deep understanding of power utility IT and OT tools, processes, and personnel.
  • You have a track record of successfully leading large transformational programs
  • You have a balance of business and technical acumen.
  • You are an experienced and successful matrix organization manager.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires BS, CS, or University degree equivalent and 8+ years relevant experience in utility Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) environment. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in the power/utility industry running large IT & OT programs
  • Communication skills to include conflict management, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written communication.

  • Translate customer business objectives into opportunities aligned to Cisco Solution portfolio
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the unique requirements of power utility IT and OT environments
  • Lead large and complex partner delivered capabilities
  • Manage customer level profitability targets, determine Services investment priorities
  • Account accountability and empowerment delivered through matrixed team (PM, CE, etc.)
  • Integrate all Cisco Services to provide end-to-end solution & mitigate disruptions
  • Accountable for integrated services plan of record and integration into IAP for each account/territory
  • Manage global direct/matrix teams for delivery execution; build strong leadership pipeline
  • Enhance customer awareness of Cisco service capabilities and value
