What You'll Do
As the Program Manager (PM) supporting a multiple year program for a major Southern California Power Utility, you will work at multiple customer sites throughout Southern California.
As the PM, you will be responsible for Program Planning, Development, Execution, Scope Control, Communications, Change Management, Status and Reporting, Risk and Issue Management. You will report daily on the accurate state of projects; faciliate collection of success criteria, metrics, and lessons learned from cross-functional team members; manage the timely resolution of issues through the proper escalation path and prioritize issues appropriately; conduct program and projects planning activities including creation, documentation and management of program activities; provide tactical oversight of the entire program and individual projects; consolidate and maintain project plans and schedules to show actual progress and revisions compared to baseline; monitor and resolve schedule changes, interdependencies, hand-offs, critical path and scope deviations; determine communications and change management requirements and methods; perform impact assessment and assemble change management needs; encourage and implement information exchange within project teams; plan training and communication calendars with key stakeholders, including periodic reviews of progress with key stakeholders.

Who You'll Work With

The PM will work closely with the utility customer, partners, the Service Delivery Executive, and with all the service line delivery teams (Advisory, Implementation, Technical Support, Management, Optimization, and Training) in both the IT and OT environments at customer sites throughout Southern California.

* You have a track record of successfully leading large transformational programs
* You have a deep understanding of IT and OT tools, processes, and personnel.
* You have a balance of business and technical acumen.


Minimum Qualifications

* Typically requires Bachelors or University degree equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
* 6+ years of experience running large and/or multi-year IT and OT programs
* Communication skills to include conflict management, negotiation, presentation/demonstration, and written communication.
* Proficient with MS Office suite

The PM must demonstrate experience successfully managing large, complex, and/or multiple year programs that exceeded expectations. The PM has experience providing excellent service to customers and collaborating with team members.
