What You'll Do

As the Solution Integration Architect (SIA) supporting a major Southern California Power Utility, you will be responsible for providing architectural design, technical leadership, and integration expertise in the areas of IT, Field Area Networking, and Power Distribution Automation.

Who You'll Work With

Close collaboration with the Utility Industry Expert (UIE), Services Delivery Executive (SDE), and Program Manager (PM) is required to ensure all service lines and product deliver business outcomes to our clients. The SIA will work with all the service line delivery teams (Delivery, Advisory, Implementation, Technical Support, Management, Optimization, and Training) in both the IT and OT environments at multiple sites throughout Southern California.

Who You Are

* You have a deep understanding of Cisco Field Area Network solution and Cisco Connected Grid Solutions portfolio.
* You have a deep understanding of power utility IT and OT tools, processes, and personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

* Typically requires BS, CS, or University degree equivalent. Advanced degree strongly preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in designing large complex utility networks, IOT, the power/utility industry Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) environment
* Communication skills to include presentation/demonstration and written communication.

Desired Skills

The SIA has demonstrated expertise in architectural design of utility networks.

1. Trusted advisor to deliver industry-leading expertise to meet customer need
2. Deep knowledge of Cisco Field Area Network solution
3. Deep knowldege of Cisco Connected Grid Solutions portfolio
4. Deep knowledge and understanding of the unique requirements of power utility IT and OT environments
