ADP is hiring new grads for technical roles. In these positions you will contribute to project-based deliverables aligned to your field of study. You will interact with professionals who will guide and support you as you enhance your skills while gaining relevant experience.

As an Global Product and Technology associate, you will work with our technical team on a variety of projects and assignments in the areas of Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other technical disciplines. Whether you want real-world experience with programming, scripting, coding, designing, web development, mainframe, hardware or troubleshooting, we have opportunities to gain experience in the following areas:

  • Application Development
  • Database Administration
  • Network Architecture
  • Data Analysis


We are seeking new grads with drive and motivation, who desire real corporate experience and want to make a valuable contribution to ADP:
  • Must be a highly recommended 2017 GPT intern that has received a verbal offer to join the 2018 GPT Development Program class.

  • Completing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems or equivalent disciplines
  • December 2017 or May 2018 graduate
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical and business analytical skills
  • Understanding of server, networking, database and storage technologies
  • Experience writing scripts (any language)
  • Project management, analysis and research skills
  • Knowledge of the operating systems (Windows 7, XP, 2003 & 2008; Linux)
  • Knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WAN, Routers, Switches, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, Firewalls, Proxy)
