River Park Hospital, a 165-bed facility and a leader in behavioral health care, located in Huntington, WV has an opening for Registered Nurse in their Admissions and Referral Department. The days and hours are Tuesday through Saturday - 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.

For the nature lovers, there are 34 state parks in West Virginia, many with lodges and cabins available.

Essential Core Functions:

1. Answers/processes referral calls.
2. Completes triage/admission assessments.
3. Admission of patients, including precertification.
4. Provides information about community services for patients who do not meet admission criteria.
5. Provides back-up for receptionist and other staff as needed.

Job Specifications:

Education/Certifications/Licensures Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid West Virginia RN license two year nursing experience required and psychiatric experience preferred
