You can have the ability to manage market transitions in 5G/Mobility, Cloud, and NGN Routing.

Who You'll Work With

Our AT&T Account Team will be working with the single largest Service Provider in the world and Cisco's Largest Customer, one that will provide you with an unprecedented ability to cultivate new technology adoption. You have a unique opportunity to join this impactful sales team and drive adaptation of some of the most innovative technology in the world- especially on 5G, Data Center and high speed internet to consumers and businesses!

Who You Are

You've got experience managing large accounts in the Service Provider networking industry. You have passion, energy, and grit to work across all the Cisco Products. You have excellent executive presence and written communication, strong business unit relationships, and are able to navigate through Cisco cross functional areas effectively. In this role, you will work onsite/offsite with the customer in Middletown, NJ and sometimes in Dallas, Texas.

You will be able to work in a fast paced, results oriented organization where leadership, risk-taking, teamwork and commitment to execution are essential and embraced. You will have a clear record of achievement, a willingness to work hard and persevere to make things happen. Team building and the ability to listen, being perceptive of others and the ability to influence are critical personality attributes as is a hands-on, high energy, can-do, highly collaborative style. The ability to manage in a matrix management environment, where direct authority over key resources is limited and is essential to succeed. 

* BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent.



* 5+ years in Service Provider, Networking or High-Technology Industries

* Candidate should have experience working in strategy consulting, technical marketing, sales and business planning functional disciplines ideally as part of a high touch, customer focused team or organization.

* Self-Motivated, passionate individual that thrives in customer facing sales/business development environment and have experience and success with service creation, business development and go to market execution in carrier environments.

* Must be extremely articulate with strong presentation skills and is comfortable presenting in front of senior level customer audiences and influence their decisions.

* Be able to think outside the box to overcome political or technical objections and have a commanding executive presence and strong interpersonal skills to establish key relationships with the right executive decision makers.

* Must have strong understanding or be able to learn quickly the business and technical aspects and processes associated with bringing to market a managed service solution in a SP environment.

* Individual must have excellent business acumen and financial skills to be able to effectively translate how investing in Cisco based services will help SP customer achieve their business objectives more effectively than investing in other opportunities.

* Collaboration and Execution focus: ability to collaborate with many cross functional Cisco organizations and where appropriate work independently to execute and deliver results

* Ability to meet and exceed sales revenue targets on a recurring basis through the use of a variety of professional sales techniques.

* The ability to negotiate solutions to issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy required. Must have keen ability to position "end to end" solutions and articulate primary vendor strategies to senior customer executives is essential.

* Demonstrated knowledge of a process for running a sales territory, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, short term, mid-term and long term opportunity management. Must have experience obtaining a quota of $10M+ and able to travel.
