Reporting to Client Director 

End to End Design, Supply and delivering Complete IP/  network for Sri Lanka
Drives the overall growth strategy and sales operations for the /  segment. IPNGN growth,  , DC/Cloud, Collaboration,  and enabling Service Providers to take new value added services to market will be his areas of focus

Builds and maintains executive level relationships at client and Cisco on a global basis.
* Directs all sales processes and manages short term (annual) and long term (strategic) revenues for infrastructure and services, and channels strategy.
* Leads creation of and executes a coordinated and synergistic strategy to maintain and build wallet share, improve margins, productivity and bookings for the company.
* Leads creation of and executes a coordinated and synergistic strategy to maintain and build wallet share, improve margins, productivity and bookings for the company.
* Manages a cross-functional team of employees with diverse skill sets and representing diverse internal requirements to achieve the client strategy.
* Manages all direct and indirect expenses associated with the client to maximize account profitability and margins.
* Sets the pricing strategy for all Cisco products and services for the client account.
* Creates short and long term plans for the client based on research and deep understanding of business and technology trends.
*  Manages sales, sales engineering and business development staff directly; manages channels and services staff indirectly

Education and General Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* At least 10 years sales experience, of which 3-5 should be in vertical market experience

 Technical Knowledge Skill
*	At least 5 years' experience managing a business or product/account at the top profit/loss decision level.
*	Must have experience in business development and developing strategic account plans.
Sale Skills
*	Encourage team members to value the customers and deliver high quality service
*	Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them
*	Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team
*	Should be sales professional with relevant experience in / products 
*	Strong ability of communication with internal stakeholders and external clients experience in data center & cloud SW solution sales would be preferred

Account Manager is Incumbent should have direct selling exposure and experience to handle large key accounts.
This requires Cisco to approach the customer differently, with a long-term view, investment mentality, and commitment to assign the best-of-the-best from all cross-functional Cisco teams.
