Description Manage a pool of strategic global accounts, responsible for developing relationships with existing customers. Develop strategy to grow our business in greater China area for both A-end accounts and also B-end RAD accounts.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Account management

customer relationship building

drive business results

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

Minimum 15 years in telecommunications/technical sales experience required;

Solid experience in Sales Management and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

Proficient at planning and executing account strategies and maintaining effective long-term business relationships with key decision makers;

Proficiency in building business cases, positioning them internally and externally for top decision makers.

Strong technical skills in networking, security, cloud and mobility solutions are desired;

**Education and Qualifications:**

MBA degree is preferred.
