Account Manager. Security Sales

Responsible for direct sales focused on the sales of Cisco security products and services to end user customers in South Korea.
It is also required high level co-sales skills with account sales team and cross functional sales team.

* Drive business direct to customer facing and via the channel programs and partners in the territory.
* Assign territories and goals to the Regional Account Managers and track account coverage within the district.
* Provide forecasting and business reports as applicable for the district.
* Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for the team.
* Provide for the professional development of the team members.


* More than 7 years of experience as a sales in enterprise area, preferably in a security related vertical.
* Proven track record of consistent achievement of annual performance targets.
* Knowledge of the Korean sales territory and the accounts within the geography.
* Prior formal training in a well known sales process, as Solution Selling or Miller Hieman Strategic Selling.
* Experience in complex transactions with Enterprise accounts.
* Successful track record of hiring top talent for the sales team
* MBA or equivalent education is preferred for sales.
