What You'll Do
Do you like living on the cutting edge? Then here's your next home! The Services Acquisition team is at the heart of Cisco's transformation to software and the cloud. Working with teams across Cisco, you will be responsible for integrating acquired companies into Cisco Services. You will lead cross-functional teams of intelligent and motivated individuals to define and execute plans developed using Cisco's world class Acquisition Integration methodology. From due diligence through handing off the acquired business to its new home in Cisco, you will influence executives, drive complex decisions, facilitate flawless execution of your project plans, and be a trusted business advisor to both acquired employees and Cisco Services leadership and teams.

Who You'll Work With
The Services Acquisitions team sits within Services Strategy, where the future of Cisco's services models and recurring revenue strategies are being defined. You will work with this team on shaping these strategies and bringing them to life.
In parallel, you will have the extremely cross-functional role of integrating acquisitions, where you will join forces with the best and brightest across Cisco's diverse functions under the leadership of Corporate Development Integration team. If you don't like being challenged by motivated, creative, innovative people who are truly trying to do the right thing for Cisco as we re-invent ourselves, then this is not a job fit for you. However, if you are ready to be curious, to have your ideas collaborated on and transformed into even better ones, and to leave your ego at the door - then step on up!

Who You Are
With 5-10 years of experience in project and/or program management, you have a solid background with and appreciation of project management concepts, principles and practices, and use these as the glue to hold together your day-to-day execution. You love to function in that space in between what you know and what you think the right answer is. You like to act autonomously, but know when to solicit input to ensure you are moving in the right direction. You have a strong network at Cisco and you easily build relationships with the right people in order to flesh out critical interdependencies. You have an innate ability to look across the landscape and understand how what you are driving fits into it, and then translate that into tactical actions and plans.
