Description **Manager, Audio & Integrated Sales - Original Content**



Work with the AT&T Entertainment Group Original Content sales team to achieve the company's overall national integrated sales goals. This position is responsible for developing and implementing advertising sales campaigns across all multi-media platforms including radio, TV, digital and social media.



The primary focus of the role is to generate new business partnerships with both clients and advertising agencies, utilizing _The Dan Patrick Show_ and _The Rich Eisner Show_ as the base brands of each campaign.



Essential Functions:



• Develop, sell and manage integrated, comprehensive sports sponsorship programs



for national clients



• Create custom multi-platform marketing ideas on a pro-active basis, and



creatively brainstorm advertising opportunities



• Leverage TV, radio, digital, social and mobile platforms to provide advertisers



with innovative marketing solutions



• Implement tactical initiatives to maximize sales revenue as it relates to this



multi-platform inventory



• Build, maintain and manage relationships with on-air talent, resulting in



creative ideation, seamless execution and impressive results for clients



• Monitor the execution, billing and payment of aforementioned integrated



campaigns



• Support the Original Content sales team in various operations necessary to attain key



business goals



Skills and Attributes:



• Five (5) years of sales related experience



• Exceptional communicator with the finesse to effectively manage relationships



with big-name talent, national corporate clients, vendors and station affiliates



• Knowledgeable about entertainment industry and competitive media landscape



• Multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can execute in



an expedited timeframe



• Ability to effectively translate a brand's/client' s needs into actionable multiplatform



programs from ideation through campaign launch



• A proven ability to be a team player, champion ideas, influence thinking, and



motivate, resulting in a high level of accountability and desired outcomes



• Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation skills, internally and externally



• Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Key Note proficient is a plus
