Job Description \n

This Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (with half hour lunch) position is your opportunity to take your financial and analytical skills to the next level will endless possibilities! Responsible for departmental Global Control Standards compliance. Position will also provide support for period end results, as well as run reports and review for any discrepancies or inaccuracies and investigate if necessary.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential and organized manner
  • \n
  • Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
  • \n
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
  • \n
  • Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
  • \n
  • Lead on iPad and cell phone processes
  • \n
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis
  • \n
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
  • \n
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Able to learn Pepsi systems to administer specific applications/time bound processes to include:AP, CETS, CTS, ESC, ERT, Kronos/SAP, Masterfiles, Respond & Recover, etc. in an accurate and timely manner
  • \n
  • Research and resolve Shortpays and ArcTree cases
  • \n
  • Other duties as assigned to support the Columbia team in whole administrative function
  • \n
  • Ensures participation and compliance with all AR/Settlement GCS audit procedures.
  • \n
  • Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations and implement solutions
  • \n
  • Accurate and detail-oriented individual
  • \n

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
