Over the next five years, eCommerce will drive 50% of all growth in the Food & Beverage categories. To ensure PepsiCo is at the forefront of capturing this growth and viewed as world leader in eCommerce, we've created the Global eCommerce group to lead our transformation with accountability for strategy and operations for all eCommerce efforts across PepsiCo. Specifically in North America, we created a dedicated team with cross category responsibility to drive online sales and conversion for powerhouse brands such as Doritos, Lay's, Pepsi, Gatorade, Quaker, Tropicana, Starbucks and more.

We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment to work on the North America eCommerce team. The Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the eCommerce Group and directly supports our Amazon Sales Lead.

The Administrative Assistant is required to perform a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Maintain content, accuracy and visual organization of files (or informational databases)
  • Manage, update and appropriately communicate departmental documents (i.e. weekly itinerary, organizational announcements, DL lists, service anniversary lists)
  • Interface appropriately with many internal and external clients, and senior executives
  • Provide critical coordination support for executive and coordinate with direct reports (and their administrative support) enabling broader team
  • Coordinate travel plans and visas (domestic and international)
  • Manage Visa application process as necessary and work closely with Global Security as appropriate
  • Reconcile accurate monthly T&E, SAP, P-Card and department accordingly
  • Serve as a resource person by contacting or responding to inquiries for our Amazon Sales Lead calendar as well as scheduling meetings and conference calls (includes staff and senior management meeting's within PepsiCo, external suppliers and consultants) both domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinating staff meetings internal and external events as needed
  • Prepare and handle confidential and personnel information with the utmost trust


  • 8+ years of administrative experience supporting
  • Proven track record of supporting multiple managers as well as managing multiple and competing priorities
  • Must be highly organized, pay close attention to details and proactively follow-up
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast paced and high intensity work environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MAC/Apple
  • Must be able to independently create detailed and high-quality PowerPoint presentations that include charts, graphs, other visuals, etc.
  • Must have strong interpersonal, time management, and resourceful problem solving skills
  • Ability to make clear and timely decisions
  • Ability to develop a work schedule, set goals, create/implement actions plans and monitor progress towards goal
  • Must display professional maturity and have ability to support and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to change focus of work seamlessly without loss of efficiency, and adapting to unexpected request
  • Must be familiar with business technology including but not limited to web conferencing, eRoom, SAP, portals, etc.
  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment such as computer, voice messaging and digital multi-functional devices (fax/copier/scanner/printer)
  • Knowledge of PepsiCo Systems (T&E, SAP, Concur)
