Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide information to the public and / or employees either by phone or in person; listens to callers and explains procedures or refers customer to appropriate source.
  • Provides full range of administrative support using computer software skills, including preparing forms, memos, reports and correspondence from rough draft, handwritten copy or oral instruction.
  • Performs counter work, receives and processes a variety of forms, contracts and applications.
  • Effectively operates complex office equipment and will liaison with service and vendor personnel.
  • May be asked to take minutes at meetings when necessary and perform follow-up clerical procedures.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventories.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, activities and functions. Set up rooms and equipment when required.
  • Ability to file paper documents.
