**ROLE SUMMARY**



The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and business support to assigned LT members and members of their teams. This proactive and independently working professional will be expected to deliver quality administrative skills. This role requires interfacing with multiple stakeholders at all levels of R&D and BT organizations internally and at times externally. The candidate will partner with other administrative staff members in a team oriented approach including providing backup coverage as appropriate.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Maintains calendars, departmental agendas, document repositories, and distribution lists; makes travel arrangements; schedules routine meetings; completes expense reports for assigned LT members



+ Organizes large scope meetings and visits (agenda, reservations, logistics)



+ Completes a variety of more complex non-routine assignments/special projects as needed



+ Understands, follows and serves as a departmental subject matter expert on Pfizer's administrative procedures and processes



+ Recognized as having a full administrative knowledge base and uses knowledge to advise other administrative colleagues within work group



+ Has accountability for taking action, following through and recommending change when needed



+ Interacts with colleagues in a constructive, professional way to process requests and deliver a wide level of service.



+ Builds a good working relationship with colleagues at all levels in all departments/lines



+ Responsible for independent work output and utilizes network to answer questions outside of area of expertise.



+ Takes personal responsibility for quality of work that impacts supervisor/department/line. Is aware of / can anticipate consequences of own actions







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ High School Diploma is required, Associate's degree or greater is preferred for this position. Candidate should have 7-10 years administrative experience that demonstrates an ability to carry out all office functions proficiently and to complete quality work on a timely basis



+ Independent, pro-active, self-motivated with strong organizational skills and possess the ability to manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks with frequent, tight deadlines



+ Resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative



+ Ability to work well both in team environment as well as operate independently with minimal supervision







+ Strong knowledge and proficiency with general office software (e.g., MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong knowledge of Pfizer specific tools, processes and procedures (e.g., PTE, ARIBA, WebEx, SharePoint, Box)



+ Excellent communication skills with an ability to respond with professionalism in verbal as well as written communications.



+ Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.



+ Excellent judgment and ability to work with confidential documents and information
