Key Recovery is seeking a dynamic and  talented Adolescent Therapist.  Key Recovery believes that spirituality is a fundamental component of  a patient's treatment process. As part of our strengths-based treatment approach, we encourage patients to explore their spirituality as it related to:

application of the 12 - steps to their recovery; development o their sober support system; examination of their personal values; development of their self-worth.  We are committed to meeting the patients where they are on their path to exploring, clarifying, and utilizing their spirituality in the treatment and recovery process.

The Therapist provides direct patient care and is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients in the outpatient setting.  Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu; Assessment and documentation of profess/digress in treatment; Delivering individual and group educational services; Crisis intervention; as well as full participation with the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patient's treatment plan objectives. 

Job Requirements

A Master's degree in a related mental health discipline from an accredited college as well as experience with the adolescent population.
