What You'll Do
You'll help us transform the Cisco Spark CS organization into a world class, customer focused, adoption and growth resource supporting Cisco's global community of end Customers and distribution Partners of our Spark and WebEx offerings.

In addition, you will contribute to Cisco's collaboration business by playing a pivotal role associated with growth of Cisco's newest SaaS offering, Spark. As widely hailed in the press and by industry analysts, Spark is a next generation suite of cloud collaboration services spanning business grade message, meeting, call, rooms and an extensive suite of open API's.

You'll do this by creating, delivering and helping our Customer Success and Partner Success Managers execute on highly prescriptive Adoption Plays and Programs that will enable our Customers and Partners to accelerate their adoption of their Cisco Collaboration products, effectively revolutionizing the way they collaborate.

You'll partner with our Adoption Strategist, and our product teams, to ensure that all programs developed are in line with our organizational strategy. You will also ensure that, our adoption offers allow us to couple a consultative approach with cutting-edge digitized delivery methods so that we can most effectively help our Customers and Partners achieve their desired business outcomes.

You will ensure consistent delivery best practices are applied and influence the overall global engagement and delivery approach for all Customers.

Who You'll Work With

Our team of Customers and Partner Success Managers work with Customers and Partners to ensure the highest levels of utilization of our collaboration products are achieved. We also look for every opportunity to maximize upsell and cross-sell across our collaboration portfolio.

We partner very closely with all teams internally, all the way from Pricing & Strategy, the Go-To-Market Team all the way through to Product Development, Cloud Services, Marketing, Sales and Technical Services to ensure that all of our delivery offers are in line with the Collaboration Strategies.

Who You Are
You are a highly experienced sales and customer relationship professional who can leverage customer and partner usage data around existing adoption programs, as well as leverage cutting edge customer engagement tactics to create new ways to help our Customers achieve success with their Collaboration Products.

You've got sales experience with Customers across all segments and a strong track record of nurturing customer relationships through the customer journey.

You have excellent vision, you're a thought leader, and have very strong analytic and decision making skills. Your confidence and strong communication skills help you influence others.

Our minimum requirements for this role:
* 10+ years of relevant experience in professional services, sales or customer success enablement and/or delivery
* Track record of success in business process improvement
* Exceptional communicator with superior interpersonal skills and comfortable with public speaking with Partners and Customers as necessary.
* A superb ability to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience and evangelize key concepts and best practices.
* Experience leading/supporting the development of business relationships and their development into long term Partnerships.
* Extensive consulting experience, deep understanding of industry best practices and a consultative approach to deliver accelerators
* A passion for continued education in new technologies and functionality, as well as to be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
