The Analyst - Capacity & Flow role sits under the broader Replenishment and Flow team and is responsible for helping to manage systems and processes for driving optimal allocation of inventory across our fulfillment network to maintain in-stock levels and improve our customer experience. This person will drive the daily and weekly management of levers in our allocation system and monitor execution to our allocation strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement or system enhancements where appropriate. The successful candidate will have a mix of business and data analysis experience, and have the ability to work well with cross functional partners including the following:



Supports the business by actively defining, managing, and improving our capacity and flow networks with a goal of enabling the facility teams to hit their budgeted CPU deliverables.

Support & execute network capacity plan through in-depth data analysis in accordance with facility capacity/layout and operational constraints

Analyze inventory data to support improvement opportunities to increase item setup and allocation accuracy

Build reporting to monitor execution of order volumes as they allocate across the buildings and partners with cross-functional teams to communicate risks to the business.

Drives the development and improvement of new and existing operational tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor the health of the network and identify opportunities for improvement.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.City:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:The Advanced Analytics Specialist is responsible for helping build our best-in-class Supply Chain Analytics. Your ultimate goal is use data to drive the right business outcomes and build strong relationships with the Technology and Supply Chain Operations teams you partner with.



What youll be working on

Analytics: Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct ad hoc back of the envelope analyses to quickly inform critical business decisions

Modeling: Develop and improve upon our methodology for demand forecasting and inventory replenishment logic with some of the best data scientists in the industry

Strategy: Design scalable workflows and tools to automate processes that would otherwise be manual and time-consuming

Product: Build innovative analytics products and data infrastructure to bring clarity to our operators and enable them to make insightful decisions

Expert at SQL, Python, and Excel - ability to manipulate large quantities of data to drive business decisions is a must

#LI-KA2Minimum Qualifications:1-4 years of professional experience in a highly analytical and data intensive role at a startup and/or finance/consulting firm (not including internships)
