What You’ll Do

We need a strong, highly analytical, process oriented individual to drive analysis across the Deliver service portfolio to implement solutions and capabilities to support the business needs.

This requires a high level of coordination across multiple operational functions, deep techno-functional expertise in oracle projects and the ecosystem within Cisco (DCP portal, Primevera etc) in order to uncover gaps, white spaces, provide detail analysis of current process - state the to-be process  and ensure successful delivery of projects which enables the AS team to deliver productivity and sustain growth.

The teams and people you interact with consider you as a problem solver, focused on understanding at depth the issue/challenge you are trying to address and methodically address to bring the issue to rest – via robust solutions, process changes, architecture recommendations based on data.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer needs and translate the process/system analysis to drive to a successful solution to meet the end customer needs
  • Present analysis into Key Performance Indicators and articulating top opportunities ahead
  • Robust solutioning of capabilities through partnership with key stakeholders which includes the AS business, and in collaboration with other cross-functional organizations
  • Generating all artifacts including viso's, excels, etc to understand the current process and slate the future state
  • Assess strategic / critical risks/roadblocks to capture operational requirements for service, software and solution offerings of Cisco considered strategic to the business.   
  • Development and execution of integrated process improvement plans
  • Focus on pro-actively identifying innovative areas for improvement within the AS deliver service portfolio that ensure better support to our Customers, Partners and Sales
  • Develop a trusted team network and become a trusted advisor for the business
  • Drive accountability to goals and metrics set forth by the executive leadership team
  • Evaluate and implement tools and processes that aid the team, and our customers to ensure ease of doing business with Cisco.

Our Minimum Requirements for this Role Are:

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Projects and other industry standard tools for project accounting and management including revenue management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • BA/BS degree with 10+ years of work experience as IT analyst
  • Functional knowledge of Cisco’s Advance services business process
