Description: Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in User Provisioning, SSO and Federations and detailed knowledge in Identity and Access Management and experienced in installing Ping Access in clustered and high-availability mode, configuration of Ping Federation and configuring SSO with Ping Access using various authentication schemes (for example - form based, certificate based etc.) Develops and implements system solutions, within the guidelines, that have high availability and scalability consistent with Customer needs by gathering requirements to support implementations; participating in evaluation of supplier products; making recommendations relative to supplier products and services; researching and presenting information about new technologies; developing and reviewing system documentation; and participating in solution reviews. Coordinates system changes with Customers and other system areas by ensuring testing and validation; evaluating the environment; representing the area on divisional councils; and reviewing changes before and after production installations. Ensures system performance by identifying and implementing improvements to the infrastructure, alerts, or monitors; resolving issues; updating issue documentation via tracking systems; working with suppliers to review system performance, availability, and reliability; and reviewing actions taken in response to alerts and problems. Provide on-going operational support and maintenance of solutions, including patch management, upgrades, and backup and recovery Participates in team tasks by receiving assignments from experienced team members or project leads; good understanding of and experience in Agile methodologies; giving updates on assignments; tracking and reporting time spent on projects; contributing in team meetings and discussions; excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with distributed global teams and business partners and creating and reviewing team documentation and developing written and oral presentations for diverse audiences (for example, management, Customers, suppliers, technical staff). Provide reporting and metrics related to identity and access management Possess the desire to learn and curiosity to understand how and why things work and good diagnostic, analytical, troubleshooting skills in debugging an entire product stack Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills and the ability to work both independently and collaborative team-oriented environment. Develops team member capabilities by mentoring; teaching (for example, coding languages, scripts, documentation requirements, standards, database management software (DBMS) technologies); Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 3 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 7 years OR 5 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 7 years. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience with: designing and implementation of Single Sign on Solutions and web based access control; authentication and authorization protocols like SAML and OAuth; Access Management solutions like Ping Federate, Ping Access, CA Site minder, Oracle Access Manager, and/or, Entrust Get Access; Kerberos based authentication; designing and implementation of Identity and access Management solutions; . Apache, IIS, Tomcat, Web Sphere, Web logic; and Oracle Ldap, MS AD, CA DS.
