<b>What You'll Do</b>
Cisco’s Connected Capability Enablement (CCE) Advocacy & Change Enablement (ACE) team is seeking a motivated, experienced Business Operations Leader to support the transformation portfolio. You will lead in supporting the ACE team by aligning our stakeholders, defining key success measures, evolving value realization and digitization strategy with the needs of the complex and expansive transformation portfolio. The outcome will ensure effective alignment and visibility of value realization KPIs across the ACE team and our stakeholder community whilst providing insights to drive effective and efficient change strategies.
As part of their duties, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Partner with a cross-functional, virtual team of members supporting transformation priorities
  • Apply knowledge of Cisco’s business strategies to proactively anticipate and prioritize needs
  • Innovate on existing best practices to ensure that the value realization needs of our portfolio is being met while integrating innovation back to the ACE Operating Model 
  • Build relationships with key theatre and cross-functional (Services, Channels, Sales, CPE, Marketing, IT, etc.) leaders to drive collaborative solutions that maximizes the overall impact of our innovative approach to drive value realization
  • Work in conjunction with the ACE governance structure, CCE teams and the cross-functional change community

<b>Who You'll Work With</b>
The ACE team is at the center of Advocacy and Change Management supporting the CCE portfolio. The team was established to provide a consistent, stakeholder advocacy, program-wide Change Management strategy and governance process, reinforcing the “One Cisco” voice of capability transformation and to support our functions to drive successful adoption of the new capabilities. Functions make up the “Global” change teams, which own the responsibility for identifying the role specific impacts for the stakeholder groups they own, customize the core training to meet those needs, and ensure any additional role based collateral is updated and delivered. Delivery to the end audiences varies across our functional network, with some following a regional model, and others delivering the content directly to the end audiences. The network also includes Business Units (BUs) taking software offers to market aligned to both new and legacy business models.

<b>Who You Are</b>
The candidate would ideally bring the following:
  • A proven track record of driving effective change across complex business transformation programs at an enterprise level
  • The ability to connect the dots between functions and processes across the Cisco enterprise
  • A broad range of technical business insights, analytics and leadership skills
  • An ability to think strategically while solving for tactical issues
  • A detailed, methodical approach to problem solving
  • Experience working with one or more BUs and a variety of applicable, innovative technology platforms
  • Budgeting planning/maintenance expertise involving initial development and recurring costs 

Skills/Core Competencies
  • Knowledge of high level definitions, principles and processes of change management

Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires BA/BS in Engineering or Business Intelligence related field
  • 8-10+ years’ combined experience in managing complex business intelligence programs
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations and across multiple BUs simultaneously
