We are seeking an AEM Developer to participate in the global implementation of AEM including the design and definition of AEM Security Models, Content Type Models, Workflows, and Content Classifications to ensure a globally sustainable implementation of the AEM platform.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases
  • Ensure governance practices are in place to drive standardization and best practices globally throughout our web development initiatives
  • Propose technology solutions and translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions to enable Digital Marketing to meet/exceed those goals
  • Liaise with the technology teams to promote standards and sustainable, re-usable designs of all AEM templates, components, and integrations

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of AEM Development Experience
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts)
  • Demonstrates active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins, Mocha/Karma, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development
  • Experience with multi-tenant governance for AEM environments
  • Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches using web and customer analytics data
  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills with track record of taking solution ownership
