What You'll Do 
In this role, you are responsible for understanding the Services Marketing priorities and delivering content in support of these priorities. The Services Marketing priorities are:
* Drive Services Portfolio Awareness Internally & Externally, Grow Solution Support, Security and Optimization, Accelerate Services Attach & Renew and Simplify Seller Enablement Messages & Programs 
In addition, you are responsible for understanding Cisco products, services and solutions (including market, trends and competition) related to Enterprise Networks, Data Center & Security architectures and the creation (and execution where appropriate) of content targeted to specific audiences relative to their care-abouts and needs. Engaging with Cisco sales on a regular basis to drive Services portfolio awareness.  Responsible to produce content based on marketing plans created with country-level Customer Experience Managers - Sales & Regional Marketing.  
Key responsibilities include:
* Deep understanding of Enterprise Networks, Data Center & Security services and solutions including market, trends and competition.
* Partnership with Services sales and generalist sales to understand their priorities & motivators.
* Partnership with Services field marketing teams to create marketing plans and content that includes the full portfolio combining products, software and services.
* Lead change and implement new processes to promote the value of Services as part of the full portfolio.
* Drive the right services content creation and integration by understanding customer needs for advisory, implementation and management services.
* Active monitoring of available content as well as content under development both globally and in other countries.  
* Gathering of additional information, if needed, from SMEs and product/service owners to create integrated messaging. 
* Create content using templates and guidelines to adhere to brand, journeys, targeted personas and creative platform guidelines. This should include but not be limited to blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, ebooks, infographics and videos.
* Direct local agencies when needed for final creative and production 
* Measure and optimize the impact of the marketing plans and content

Cisco Americas Services Marketing will create external and internal mindshare and accelerate services sales growth through data driven automation, digital marketing, internal & customer-focused content along with traditional marketing tactics.

Who You Are
* 5+ years of related work experience in services and technology solutions
* BA/BS required. MBA preferred, but not required
* Understanding of Cisco products, services and solutions including market, trends and competition
* Demonstrated writing ability 
* Ability to work within brand guidelines and creative platforms 
* Strong understanding of content workflows, approvals and governance processes
Desired Skills
* Eloqua and Content Management Platform experience a plus
* Ability and experience leading change management
