The Analyst Capacity Planning is responsible for maintaining and managing the capacity planning & territory management programs for Home Services’ field teams (sales, measure, installation). This individual will develop forecasts, analyze productivity, understand and layer branch and regional variations into their projections along with scheduling responsibilities for some teams. The Analyst will collaborate and consult with other functional areas that could impact staffing requirements such as Marketing, Finance, Recruiting, HR, Operations etc. They will regularly communicate with the leaders for field and non-contact center teams to advise on hiring, retention, attrition, productivity and other performance statistics.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
40% - Maintain and Manage capacity model for all branches, markets and teams assigned – including alignment of upcoming resource needs, projections of attrition and communication with field and non-contact center leadership on specific requirements for each business/branch/market/team
30% - Maintain & adjust long-range (2 yr) and mid-range (6 m) term rolling forecasts of workload (appointments, measures, jobs, tasks etc.) Develop schedules and time off pools and administration for some teams (primarily HDMS operations teams)
10% - Deliver recommendations & make adjustments to territory management algorithms to ensure maximum efficiency & sales/installation execution
10% - Collaborate and communicate with leadership; to deliver results of forecasting and capacity planning; conduct regular reviews of historical trending and forward-looking outlooks
10% - Monitor & analyze weekly/monthly productivity and compensation to ensure maximized utilization of resources

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
