Job Details

The Analyst for external Product Information Management (ePIM) is responsible for supporting all ePIM activities by collecting, submitting and reporting the necessary data to comply with our external partners' processes and requirements, including WERCs, OWL (Online Wellness Library), JDA and Data Sync. Collaboration with many diverse groups and an aptitude for scientific acumen are essential skills to be effective and successful. A majority of PCH's total sales volume is dependent on the successful and timely management of these external requirements.

Engage in the end-to-end ePIM process

+ Assist in the development and execution of processes and procedures to manage disparate requirements

+ Drive cross-functional relationships to deliver success

+ Perform all activities necessary to comply with requirements

Serve as a point of contact for ePIM entities (UL, CRN, CHPA, Retailers)

+ Understand all requirements

+ Monitor and maintain all registrations, recertifications, and product profiles

+ Engage with retailers as the fields' collaboration partner

Participate in internal cross-functional collaborations ( EH&S, Regulatory, R&D, PGS, BT, Consumer)

+ Educate and inform colleagues of data requirements

+ Acquire necessary information to be compliant with external requirements

+ Align partners to launch dates to ensure timely execution

Act as subject matter expert (SME)

+ Educate and inform colleagues of the mission and vision of the programs

+ Provide interpretation and meaning of technical requirements and policies

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate as needed

Inform and advise on changes, proposals and trending information

+ Query external partner entities for insights into future developments

+ Provide updates on the latest news, legislative policies, etc.

+ Advise on upcoming changes or proposals


+ Bachelor's Degree required in business, science or technical discipline.

+ 3+ years of business or technical experience.

+ SAP experience required


+ Project Management experience preferred.

+ Lean Six-Sigma training preferred, but not required

Strong process orientation; ability to define and create process maps; ability to determine areas of opportunity and execute plans
