The Gross to Net Organization (GTN) is part of the broader Global Financial Solutions (GFS) and consists of the Chargebacks, Membership, and Medicaid Rebates process areas. The GTN Organization has colleagues in two locations: Memphis, TN and San Jose, Costa Rica, each playing an important role in the domestic revenue cycle. GTN processes US wholesaler chargeback submissions and pays Medicaid state agencies rebate claims.

The Gross to Net Analyst role is responsible for the day-to-day ownership of activities, from deduction and dispute resolution to analytical quarterly processing, within the Gross to Net organization. Within that scope of responsibility they will be accountable for proactively identifying and communicating issues, determining impact, and proposing resolutions. Additionally, this role will be critical in initiating process improvement recommendations, providing training, and proactively addressing and resolving complaints from internal and external customers or vendors.

The position requires excellent problem solving skills, management to results, organizational agility, and the ability to build strong relationships across the end to end process. The position will be primarily based in Memphis.


+ Validate and process Quarterly Claim invoices from State Medicaid Drug Rebate Programs

+ Analyze System Variance Test Results and interpret claims data accordingly

+ Stay abreast of Medicaid Legislation and Affordable Care Act (ACA) policy changes

+ Perform Dispute Resolution Work with assigned States

+ Owns issue resolution from start to finish

+ Understands and delivers results for the complex aspects of departmental processes

+ Knows and comprehends customer, vendor, and stakeholder processes and business needs and provides the appropriate level of proactive support

+ Supports and, in some cases, leads select in-house processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaborations

+ Supports escalation process by quickly finding common ground and solving issues for the good of all

+ Organizes workload, prioritizes, and proactively follows up on outstanding items

Maintains and occasionally exceeds agreed metrics and goals


+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required

+ 2-4 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience

+ Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required

+ Strong organizational skills required to coordinate with business partners both in and out of the organization

+ Excellent oral, written, and overall communication skills with the ability to conduct meetings and present ideas to groups

+ Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty
