Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Analyst, Video/Inline Assets is responsible for the full process of video and inline asset development for items, including identification of items requiring video/inline content, overseeing successful fulfillment, production, and upload for item videos and inline assets, and analyzing success metrics of implemented video or inline assets. This position will work closely with a 3rd party supplier and internal teams on the receipt of product, video/inline asset review, video/inline asset analytics and video/inline asset ad hoc reporting. The Analyst, Video/Inline Assets will ensure that the end product meets company brand standards while also providing great value to the THD customer.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • 40%-Video measurement, analytics and ad hoc reporting: Utilize optimization metrics and testing to determine which items need video and measure success of video/inline asset via testing, analytics and reporting
  • 30%-Work collaboratively with supplier and internal partners on the video implementation process: Item identification and video style type, item receipt, script development, video edits, and final video upload 20%-Archive and manage source material, projects, and other assets 
  • 10%-Assist with the review and approval of video scripts and final video content
NATURE AND SCOPE
Position reports to Manager, Digital Asset Execution.
No direct reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS


Environment:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
2 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in vendor management, project management, video production and/or content development
- Experience in home improvement/retail industry

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
-
Intermediate proficency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)
- Proven record of project management; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – proven ability to communicate with individuals at all professional levels
