What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will be:

·       Drive actionable insights by understanding business needs and objectives.

·       Develop weekly/monthly Marketing story for Funnel/RM, Campaign, Partner and Digital Performance.

·       Lead and develop a team of data analysts to support marketing teams understand marketing performance.

·       Work with Global teams to develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

·       Define customer journey KPIs and relevant data sources.

·       Work with Global teams to bring predictive analytics to region and lead by example to utilize customer propensity models.

·       Select, configure and implement analytics solutions.

·       Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

·       Extract and build reports from multiple sources in Domo/Tableau

·       Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

·       Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance

The APJ & EMEAR Marketing Insights team will be responsible for building the foundation for an overarching strategy that reinforces metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices and reporting in order to streamline our processes and achieve optimal results as an organization.  

In Technology Adoption area, the team will be responsible for rolling out new tech stack and manage change across the region. Database Operations will ensure our data’s integrity and develop deep profiles for customers and partners.  Testing & Optimization will focus on executing testing scenarios and optimising performance. The Analytics, Insights & Reporting team will analyze data to deliver insights and develop understanding of marketing performance.  Finally  Market Insights will develop our research strategy with the Global team to ensure we communicate regional needs and provide actionable insights.

Who you are

•       Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist.

•       Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus

•       Experience of Web/Digital analytics , setting up and tracking marketing channel KPIs

•       Knowledge and familiarity with business intelligence tools (DOMO, Tableau)

•       Superb communication, Problem-solving , stakeholder management skills

•       Customer propensity modelling/Predictive analytics experience/ Statistical modelling.

•       Analytical skills with strong organizational and storytelling abilities

•       Driven, motivated, enthusiastic and energetic. A change-agent who influences, guides and leads by example

•       2 - 3 years supervisory experience required.
