Prudential Annuities is currently hiring a Marketing Manager that will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of various initiatives in the Marketing Department. In a fast paced, innovative and evolving environment, this position will assist in the timely communication of marketing initiatives both within the department and across internal business partners and will support critical implementation projects. With various projects under way, the ideal candidate will have a combination of any of the following skills:

• Digital Marketing/Advertising/Brand Expertise
• Customer Research and Data Analytics
• Channel Marketing
• Investment Marketing
• Marketing Systems and Support
• Marketing Fulfillment and Operations
• Direct Marketing

Responsibilities
• Collaborate across departments in the development and maintenance of marketing projects and firm-wide initiatives.
• Provide project management support and project leadership skills to assigned projects.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting of initiatives.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department and assist as needed.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field with 6 years of relevant marketing experience.
• 3-5 years staff support experience in strategic planning, marketing support, website analytics, or strategy development.
• Knowledge of Annuities products or financial services a plus.
• Competent writer, as well as a skilled meeting facilitator. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure.
