What You'll Do:

·        To manage targeted AS Business Development and/or AS delivery campaigns in APJC (e.g. classic training, sales campaigns (e.g. structuring the communication, analytics, executing the follow-up)

·        To collect case studies and other successes from the AS APJC team (BD,  Delivery) and to structure it into a communication that can be sent to Sales

·        To help with AS insertion in Cisco sponsored events (e.g. Cisco Live) and to work closely with Services Marketing. This may involve building/customizing the collateral as may be required

·        To work on specific plays/initiatives within the APJC region (this will involve collateral creation, training plan, presentation to stakeholders etc.)

·        To help with analytics as required by the APJC team (mentoring will be provided)

·        Responsible for managing successful outcomes for initiatives: driving deliverable accountability, on schedule, within budget

·        Maintain AS Enablement Calendar

Key Deliverables

·        Program Strategy & Planning (RACI, stakeholder engagement, communications plan, and processes)

·        Deliverables as per campaign, play/initiative/event (e.g. communication, tracker, collateral, presentation etc.)

·        Customized AS Communication to Sales on a regular basis (e.g. 4/6 weeks)

·        Maintain AS Enablement Calendar

·        Logistics and collateral support for events

·        To support analytics work

·        Metrics reporting


Who You'll Work with:

Cisco's Professional Services Field Enablement team is looking for a Program Manager to help support the Professional Services Business. This is a multi-faceted role requiring the person to cover different responsibilities across multiple teams.

 The Field Enablement team is an agile team dedicated to providing practical enablement in order to grow Professional Services mindshare in our Field Sales and Delivery teams. We have the opportunity for visibility and interaction with senior management, cross-team collaboration, engage and drive Services-Defining enablement for our internal and external teams.Our Enablement team members have a breadth of knowledge of Cisco’s services portfolio and the value it provides to our external and internal stakeholders. Team members are expected to leverage this knowledge to develop enablement solutions for a variety of audiences to help drive AS Growth.

·        Ability to handle high degree of ambiguity and complexity

·        Flexible in dealing with competing priorities with tight deadlines

·        To have an inquisitive mind and to be innovative in approaches/thinking

·        Strong ability to influence peers and business partners

·        Strong campaign planning and facilitation experience

·        Experience with the project management framework(s)

·        Ability to plan and prepare related communications

·        Experience in working in multiple time-zones

·        Critical thinking/deductive reasoning skills 

Desired Skills

·        SCPM certification

·        Knowledge of the AS business and portfolio of services

·        Familiarity with Cisco Sales structure and strategy

·        Familiarity with sales enablement methodology
