What You'll Do
The People Programs Delivery (PPD) team is seeking an experienced consultant and influential problem solver to enable compensation and talent program execution in the region. You will work closely with the PPD Enterprise PMs in the development, delivery, and management of global, complex programs. As the APJC Relationship Manager, you will partner with the APJC HR to represent region-specific considerations within the global program strategy, ensure regional alignment with program guidelines and strategy, and provide expertise to address support and escalations. As part of the People Programs Team, you will contribute to our strategy and investments, including leading projects for continuous improvement, building new capabilities, and driving alignment of PPD strategy with those of our partners in region. You will assist in training delivery, collateral design, driving adoption, overseeing and communicating on budget usage, and delivering insights through data. You may also have the opportunity to lead a global program.

We seek:
• 5- 8 years of experience in HR related field is required, preferred expertise in Compensation/Performance Management
• Prior Cisco experience or working in a fast paced, global high tech business environment preferred
• Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree, PMP certification, Six Sigma certification, or User Experience certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated skills in process improvement/optimization, influence, communications, problem solving, relationship building across multiple countries and cultures, data analysis, project management
• Fluent in oral and written English and ability to work flexible hours to accommodate working in a global team
