What You'll Do 
In this exciting opportunity in the America’s Partner Organization you will be responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, planning, and execution of programs and offers focused on accelerating Enterprise Networks, Data Center, and Security portfolios with our partners. You will work closely with the Global Partner Organization, America’s Sales, Marketing, and the Business Units to accelerate and enable the business. You will drive the analysis and project management of potential opportunities, assessing markets and developing options for use in new market initiatives to drive a cross architectural GTM activities. You will contribute and help to shape the vision, strategies and/or tactics while providing leadership in the definition, budgeting, reporting, executive communications, and implementation of specified programs.

Who You'll Work With
The role reports directly to the Director, EN, DC, and Security Architectures for APO. S/he will work cross functionally with other area groups in APO, GPO, the Business Unit, Marketing, and Cisco Field Sales Organizations. You will be a key part of our overall partner strategy across America’s and will have frequent interaction with senior leadership.

You are comfortable initiating and leading business development/strategy discussions and generating plans for implementation.
You are known for your ability to execute with tight timelines and limited budgets
You have excellent communications skills and an ability to net-it-out when engaging with senior executives
You will typically take the lead in developing and contributing to programs which not only affect immediate operations, but other functional areas, and potentially affect activates across.
You will serve as a consultative business partner to the US and Global Partner Organization on broad or complex business issues, integrating expertise/experience, our business objectives and marketplace factors.
You can drive partner/customer/negotiations and influence key decision makers through effective communications to drive key initiatives.
You provide strategic leadership within the Central Partner Org and aligning groups along with tactical execution.
You will apply knowledge of Cisco's business strategies to proactively anticipate business needs based on industry trends.
