**Overall Purpose:**



This position
is responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on technical solutions to
assist in the account management and revenue generation and sales of highly
complex/technical products, services, applications, and/or solutions.



**Key Roles and Responsibilities:**



+ Responsiblefor consulting with direct sales teams and customers to provide technicalexpertise regarding the design, customization, implementation and accountmanagement of technical products/services/applications/solutions.

+ Providessubject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales.

+ Advisescustomers on suitability of products based on technical needs.

+ Preparesproposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, for highlycomplex solutions.

+ Developsstrategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sale.

+ Researchesand develops customer solutions with AT&T external partners, includingdesign and engineering.

+ Maymanage and coordinate the sales and/or technical team in support of the sale ofhighly complex products and services to a customer.

+ Spendssome time at the customer premise developing and presenting sales proposals andsystems solutions.

+ Assistsless experienced peers.



**Education:** Bachelors degree desired.



**Experience:** Eight to twelve years of related work
experience.



**Supervisory:** No



**Required:**



+ Consultative, technical sales experience

+ Proven knowledge of WiFI products and services

+ Experience developing proposals

+ Effective presentation skills

+ Ability to pass a background check and drugscreen
